Mr. Jean Fiacre HALIYAMUTU founded BIM in 2004. Though the beginning seemed unimaginable, but it wasn’t impossible. BIM’s chief goal was and remains the same: to provide a first – rate education for all people.

It is strongly believed that genes exert some influence on learning and behaving abilities. Also, optimal learning and good behavior are much influenced by positive experiences such as rich learning opportunities that children have from a safe and stimulating environments. On the other hand, adverse life experiences can change the chemistry of the brain cells either temporarily or permanently.

At BIM, we specialize in understanding how genes, experiences, and environments affect and influence what you know and who you are.
